Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Bsharp handles information collected from and about you when you use Learnbee, including the web application at creator.learnbee.ai and related services (the “Service”). Learnbee is a product of Bsharp Sales Enablers Private Limited (“Bsharp”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Bangalore, India. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Learnbee is an AI-assisted authoring tool that lets creators design, narrate, translate, publish, and export training courses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the third-party providers that help us deliver the Service.

1. Information You Provide to Us

When you register for an account, we collect personal information such as your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google (see Section 6). You may also provide optional profile information. This information, together with any optional details you associate with your account, is your “Profile Information.”

We may use your email address to send you Service-related notices (including any notices required by law), account and security messages, and occasional product announcements. You can opt out of non-essential product emails at any time using the unsubscribe link they contain. If you email us, we may retain a record of that communication, including your email address and its contents, to respond and for our records.

2. Your Content

Your use of the Service involves creating and uploading material into the courses you author (together, “Content”). Content includes, but is not limited to: course text, headings, descriptions, quiz questions and answers, narration scripts, generated audio, and media you upload such as images, videos, and PDF documents.

You own your Content. Bsharp does not claim ownership of the Content you create or upload. We access your Content only as necessary to (i) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (ii) resolve a support request you raise; (iii) address a suspected violation of our acceptable-use expectations; (iv) comply with applicable law; or (v) respond to a valid legal request. We may analyze Content in an aggregated and anonymized form to understand and improve how the Service is used.

Publishing & exporting courses

When you publish a course, you generate a shareable link, and the course content becomes publicly accessible to anyone who has that link, without sign-in. When you export a course (e.g. as a SCORM package), the resulting file contains your course content and any bundled media, and you are responsible for how and where you distribute it. Learners who open a published course do so anonymously; we do not require learners to create an account.

3. AI Processing of Your Content

Learnbee uses third-party artificial-intelligence providers to deliver its core features. When you use AI assistance — generating a course outline, drafting or refining narration, translating a course, or generating voice-over audio — the relevant Content (such as the text to be written, translated, or voiced) is transmitted to these providers so they can return a result. The providers we use for this are listed in Section 5. We send only the data needed to perform the requested operation.

4. Information We Collect Automatically

Log files

When you use the Service, our servers and hosting providers automatically record certain information in logs, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and date/time stamps. Log data helps us monitor, secure, analyze, and improve the Service and diagnose issues.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in (authentication session cookies set by our auth provider) and to understand how the Service is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; however, some features (including staying signed in) may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for them.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third parties to host, secure, and deliver the Service. These providers process information only as needed to perform their function for us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

6. Google User Data & Limited Use

Learnbee’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide or improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition as described below.

7. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • With service providers — as described in Section 5, to operate the Service on our behalf.
  • At your direction — for example, when you publish a course to a public link or export it for distribution.
  • For legal reasons — to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Bsharp, our users, or the public.
  • Aggregated/anonymized — non-personally-identifiable information about overall use of the Service.
  • Business transfers — if ownership of all or part of our business changes, your information may transfer to the new owner, remaining subject to this Privacy Policy until updated.

We do not sell your personal information.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and hosting with reputable cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account and Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 13). We may retain certain information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. International Data Transfer

Bsharp is based in India, and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own, including India, the United States, and the European Union. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations as described in this Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted.
